To help us keep our tools accessible to everyone, we ask for a suggested sliding scale enrollment donation based on your income. Payment won't happen until you come in for the first time.

Signing the agreement below is only the first step. To complete your membership you MUST show a volunteer a photo ID AND proof of address (as specified below). You will not be able to borrow tools until this second step is complete.

*The following are acceptable forms of Proof of Address:
- current Auto Registration
- current Auto Insurance
- Portland Maps (if you own your home)
- current Utility Bill
- piece of official mail postmarked within the last month
- digital business statement dated within the last 2 months
NOTE: A Driver's License
IS NOT an acceptable Proof of Address!

Make only a SINGLE attempt below to reach and esign the Agreement. If it gives you trouble even once, we'll complete that step at the Library when you arrive. Thanks.

After you esign we will do nothing with your information until you come to the Library and actually Join up! No emails, no nothing. And we will never give your information to anyone else without your permission (barring a court order, as if they don't already know all this about you anyway.)
